Cancellation Policy

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

 

We do understand that in some instances, cancellations are unavoidable. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, as a courtesy to our team and guest, we request at least 24 hour advance notice. 50% will be charged if you cancel under 24 hour notice unless due to sickness or emergencies.

 

Arriving Late

 

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 to 30 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide your scheduled service. In the event that you miss appointments without contacting the salon or are consecutively late, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
