Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another guest. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, except in cases of emergency, are subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

 

Late Arrivals

We appreciate your effort to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, please be aware that if you arrive 15+ minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment, depending on availability.
